Avent Herbal Products User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Avent Herbal Products, a subsidiary of ShazaiCorp (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), and you, the user. This Agreement outlines the legal terms and conditions governing your use of Avent Herbal Products’ website(s), and your purchase or use of any Avent Herbal Products, services, or business opportunities (collectively, “Offerings”). This Agreement also provides guidance on becoming an Avent Herbal Products Independent Distributor.

By using Avent Herbal Products’ website(s) (the “Site”) and accessing all related pages and content (collectively, “Content”) or purchasing or using other Offerings, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement. Continued compliance with this Agreement is required to use the Site or Offerings. Should you be dissatisfied with the Site or Offerings, your sole remedy is to discontinue their use, except as stated in the Avent Herbal Products Customer Guarantee.

Avent Herbal Products Independent Distributors

Independent Distributors may operate their own websites. Each Distributor is responsible for ensuring their content complies with Avent Herbal Products policies, including our Rules of Conduct, Internet, Mail Order, and Lead Generation Regulations. Avent Herbal Products disclaims any liability related to Independent Distributor websites.

Avent Herbal Products Customer Guarantee

We guarantee the quality, freshness, and purity of products carrying the Avent Herbal Products brand. Customers unsatisfied with their purchase may request a refund from their Distributor within 15 days of receipt. This guarantee is subject to specific product warranties and does not apply to products intentionally damaged or misused.

Your Information and Privacy
